Sulu came with features for Developers, Content editors, and digital marketers, but we’ll talk here only about some features for developers, especially if you are newbie and want to discover the CMS capabilities. One of the repositories of Sulu CMS is the Sulu Workshop, a set of 12 assignments that guide you through the process of creating a small website that integrates two simple custom entities using the Sulu content management system. This is a great getting hands-on Sulu framework and we suggest that you explore these assignments as it will give you a quick overview on working with the CMS.

Sulu CMS is an open source software released under MIT license, and owned by Sulu GMBH which is managed by Thomas Schedler, CEO and co-founder of the Sulu project. Sulu requires PHP 7.2 or higher, and Relational Database like MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL. The UI is powered by ReactJs.
