Spoon is not a framework, you can choose the components you would like to use in your project. The library provides a set of classes for cookie, database, date, email, filesystem, filter, html, session, and template. Spoon is written by Davy Hellemans, Tijs Verkoyen, and Dave Lens; released under an open source BSD license.
