I was talking today about the Free download of ApexVoice software OmniVox3D, but I didn’t mention what’s inside the package. Yes you have notice it, PHP is included as a third party with the SIP software and it’s one of the points that I was talking about for the PHP usage in telephony applications. I’ll review with more details the OmniVox3D, but we have already used here PHP as a server-side engine to generate VoiceXML applications, PHP is also used to create backend applications for SIPs software providing easy web-based access to manage the application.


And it’s interesting to see this marriage between PHP and telephony applications to provide professional solutions for the industry. ApexVoice is one of the lead companies in telephony applications with their software OmniVox especially and I’m sure that the choice of PHP is very good to give their solution a new vision and more features to be choosed as a modern and advanced robust SIP solution.
