I was using mouseless browsing Firefox extension for keyboard shortcuts but I had to disable it because many times I enable it by mistake and can’t find shortcuts easily to use it or disable it again. Today I noticed Vimperator which makes Firefox behave like Vim text editor with similar key bindings, and you could call it a modal webbrowser, as key bindings differ according to which mode you are in.

An interesting alternative to switch to and I find shortcuts easily recognized without having to configure anything. This is certainly much more easy for people used to work with Vim, others won’t probably feel the difference until they play with Vim. The extension is still at its early stages and might create conflicts with other extensions such NoScript, otherwise I find the idea genius and you can find here a list of shortcuts and binded commands.
