This is not a new Google service, but Google started showing recently tips for some keyword search. For example if you are looking for a Calendar, Sharing your Photos, or simply a Blog, Google will recommend you one of their services as Google Calendar, Picasa, and Blogger. Interesting to notice these new tips which displayed as tips with an icon of the service in question. Google was previously using AdWords to advertise their service, now probably looking for new channels, new ideas or simply testing as they used to do. It looks like the icons are no longer displayed, but I have already take screenshots this morning of the different tips :
