Even that SalesForce is successful in my opinion I was wondering recently what’s wrong ! Is the competition become more hard for them ? Certainly there is lot of CRM Solutions today, but SalesForce have a competitive product and its very popular in the CRM market.
Anyway the personal edition in my opinion come really with no interesting features, its just a demo to introduce you for using SalesForce. You can use it to Manage your contacts, tasks, and calendar online, Sync with your PDA or Outlook for offline access… Something that lot of applications do, not just CRM.
