Voxware, Inc. (OTC: VOXW), a leading supplier of voice-driven
logistics solutions, announced Voxware’s VoiceXML Browser, VoxBrowser™, groundbreaking technology that voice
enables Windows® CE based devices for the logistics market. Voxware is the only vendor providing voice technology for
the logistics market that has fully utilized the VoiceXML standard in a browser, making possible – for the first time –
logistics solutions that can be developed independently of proprietary voice–input hardware. Now, providers of logistics
applications, as well as CIOs directly, can readily and flexibly incorporate a wide range of potential voice input devices as
integral components of any logistics solution.

“VoxBrowser revolutionizes the market for voice-driven logistics applications, reinforces our technology leadership and
reaffirms our commitment to advanced, platform independent, open, standards-based software,” said Tom Drury,
Voxware CEO. “The days of expensive and proprietary solutions are over. By eliminating the barriers to entry,
VoxBrowser will, for the first time, allow any CIO or logistics industry solution provider to deliver high quality, robust, thinclient
voice solutions.

“In addition, the technology will reduce the total cost of ownership for the end user and allow portability and flexibility for
the future,” Drury continued. “Moreover, the standard upon which VoxBrowser is built enables options for both solution
providers and their customers, which previously did not exist. We have leveled the playing field for those developing
voice-enabled logistics solutions and put an end to the era of market dominance by a few vendors who only offer
proprietary scripting languages and closed architectures.”

VoxBrowser is a thin-client solution built on open systems and a web-centric, standards-based platform. It includes the
industry’s most powerful speech recognition technology, Voxware’s Integrated Speech Engine (VISE™), designed for
demanding, high-noise industrial environments, with an industry leading Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine. VoxBrowser offers
superior flexibility and interfaces readily to any WMS, ERP or warehouse distribution application.

Voxware also announced VoxManager™ 1.0, a web-based program that configures user access and administers the
voice-enabled units powered by Voxware. VoxManager 1.0 and VoxBrowser are available immediately.
