This is a nice attempt to use google maps in excel. This hacks use also Geocoder.us, where the address is sent to be converted to latitude and longitude. The interface is web-based throught the website of the author automateexcel.com, where the latitude/longitude are converted to google maps using Google maps API.
Then the webbrowser control in excel is used to naviguate in this map url. The result is pretty good ! It could be useful to do some statistics directly in Excel using google maps. You can host the web-based code somewhere else you just need to use your own API key.
