In a press release posted yesterday, Directions Magazine announced their new website AllPointsBlog.com. To make, in my opinion, on of the best mapping blogs.
August 1, 2005 – Directions Magazine today announced that it has spun off its popular All Points Blog (APB) as a stand alone website, www.allpointsblog.com. Directions Magazine staff contributes entries to “The Weblog for Location Technology & GIS” on topics related to geospatial technologies including location-based services, desktop, mobile and Internet mapping, geotargeting, GPS, tracking and others. The new website introduces a new tagline, “Our Opinion, Your Views” indicating the goal of integrating more input from other blogs and enhanced reader input.
