Vincent Pontier shared on twitter the new logo of PHP8, a courtesy of PHP #Elephpant.com. The logo came in four variants colors, but many comments on twitter finds the logo very similar to Visual studio 2010. Maybe a new logo could represent the discontinuity from previous releases of PHP.
The first original logo of PHP was created by Colin Viebrock, and released under a creative commons license. Another version of this logo was created by Levi Morrison to be used on the official website. Notice that the new PHP8 is not yet an official logo, but who knows…
