The PHP development team have just announced the immediate availability of PHP 7.4.10 and 7.3.22, two bugfixes release. All PHP 7.4 and 7.3 users are encouraged to upgrade to this version. The sixth testing release of PHP 8.0.0, Beta 3 is also available. This continues the PHP 8.0 release cycle, which should be ready by November 2020.
