We started few weeks ago working on a new documentation project, which will try to host all useful documentation and manuals for web applications development in addition to large set of new features.
The idea isn’t very new, but what we are really doing is to make documentation more accessible to the developer, and especially newbies. The advantages of the PHPMagazine.net documentation project is that we are grouping all the docs in the same place, offers interaction to ask or improve the documentation itself.
Currently you’ll find only the manuals for PHP, PEAR, PHP-GTK, Smarty, Apache, MySQL and PostgreSQL available. We’ll add more manuals in the future, since the process very easy that it took only 1 min to include a new manual to the system. The dynamic features are being tested now, and will be available online very soon.
