Recently our website phpmagazine.net was victim of a huge spam attack, things that makes me setup new system to monitor spam, ban IPs of spammers then started to email hosting providers one by one reporting abuse. And of course next step will be to fill legal prescription against them. But what makes me want to write this post is an email that I have send to a Hosting provider in Miami InnovativeCreations to inform them about one of their customers spamming from their servers, their answer was instant in the screenshot below :

Due to the difference in time (+7) nobody will answer phone calls, but its not a reason for a hosting provider to redirect their email to a single mailbox and probably make it limited to 10Mo ?! And in the other side the spammers is scanning my website trying to use any available form and send links of his website, so to stop the spammer short answer will be to stop his website which is simply full of adsense. So how can hosting providers fight spammers if they don’t even check their email ?!
